Education and Training
Dr. Bhuma Srinivasan received her MBBS degree from Madras Medical College, Chennai. She underwent Residency training in Internal Medicine at Englewood Hospital Medical Center, New Jersey, USA. She completed a clinical Fellowship in Endocrinology, metabolism and diabetes at UMDNJ, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, NewJersey, USA. She has American Board (AB) Certification in the field of Endocrinology. She has received Pfizer Good Physician Award in 1994. She has special interest in Osteoporosis and has completed a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Endocrinology on osteoporosis at the renowned Mayo Clinic, Rochester, USA.
Clinical and Research Experience
She has been in clinical practice in USA and India for 10 years and in clinical Research in Osteoporosis and other areas in Endocrinology in India and USA for 8 years.
