This department headed by Dr. Mala Balagopal MBBS., DNB is well equipped with mordern equipments to provide utmost and latest technological care to the patients suffering from eye problems. More than 1000 Intraocular Lens (Phacoemulsification) and Glaucoma surgeries have been performed in this hospital, using micro surgical techniques, including suture less surgery of cataract. Various other procedures like squint correction, Laser surgeries, contact lens fitting, detailed retinal examination and retinal cryopexy are all performed in our hospital.
